El presente texto es un resultado de una minuciosa investigación desarrollada por dos destacados profesores universitarios del Sur dominicano. El estudio, titulado “Mercado laboral docente en la región de El Valle y la provincia de Azua, en el período 2006-2010”, tuvo como objetivo general determinar las posibilidades de empleo que tienen los egresados en el mercado laboral de la región y como objetivos específicos: verificar las fuentes de motivación de los egresados para la escogencia de la carrera docente, determinar la situación laboral actual de los egresados objeto de estudio e identificar los mecanismos y limitaciones para su incorporación al mercado laboral en la región de El Valle. |
