Las hadas, en la bondad nos hablan, y nos habían la bruja y la madrastra desde sus malas intenciones; nos hablan las doncellas desde su aparente silencio; desde sus cantos, las Sirenas, las Harpas, las Musas; y las Walquirias y Amazonas desde sus gritos de batalla. Todo es cuestón de querer oírlas de localizar las notas ocultas en la prevención y el miedo con qe se suele censurar a unas; en la condescendencia sospechosa con que se suele censurar a otras. La canción olvidada intenta explicar la pervivencia, a través de los siglos, de algunos motivos del mito y del cuento, como memorias de las antiguas religiones centradas en poderosas y antiquísimas divinidades femeninas. |
